By accessing and using Pixmize, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Pixmize provides AI-powered image processing tools using a hybrid approach:
Our service includes user accounts with premium features, and both client-side and cloud-based image processing options.
Hybrid Processing Approach
Pixmize uses both client-side processing (images stay on your device) and secure cloud processing via ImageKit.io for advanced operations. We prioritize your privacy in both methods.
Client-Side Processing
Basic operations are processed entirely in your browser and never leave your device.
Cloud Processing
Advanced operations use ImageKit.io's secure API. Images processed via cloud services are subject to ImageKit.io's data retention and privacy policies.
When you create an account, we collect necessary information (email, authentication data) managed securely by Clerk. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
By using Pixmize, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws
- Not process images that violate copyright, contain illegal content, or infringe on others' rights
- Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit our service
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
- Understand that cloud-processed images are subject to third-party data retention policies
Pixmize is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee:
- • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of our hybrid processing system
- • Perfect results for all types of images or processing methods
- • Compatibility with all browsers or devices
- • Preservation of original image quality in all cases
- • Control over third-party service (ImageKit.io) data retention or processing
- • Availability of cloud processing services at all times
Important: Always keep backups of your original images. Processing results may vary depending on image quality, processing method chosen, and browser capabilities. Images processed via cloud services are subject to third-party data handling practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixmize and its creators shall not be liable for:
- • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Loss of data, images, or work product
- • Business interruption or loss of profits
- • Any damages arising from use or inability to use the service
- • Issues arising from third-party service providers (ImageKit.io, Clerk)
- • Data handling or retention by third-party services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Pixmize at any time without notice. We may also update these terms as needed to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements.
Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
