Pixmize uses both client-side processing and secure cloud-based processing via ImageKit.io to provide the best performance and quality. We prioritize your privacy in both methods.
Images and Files
Client-Side Processing
For basic operations, images are processed entirely in your browser and never leave your device.
Cloud Processing via ImageKit.io
For advanced operations, images are processed through ImageKit.io's secure API:
- Images are transmitted securely via HTTPS
- ImageKit.io processes and stores images according to their retention policies
- Images may be retained by ImageKit.io as per their standard practices
- No images are stored by Pixmize on our own servers
User Account Information
When you create an account, we collect and store:
- Email address and profile information
- Authentication data (managed by Clerk)
- Subscription and usage data
- Account preferences and settings
This information is necessary to provide account services, and deliver premium features.
Usage Analytics

Anonymous usage statistics are retained for up to 2 years for service improvement purposes. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
